It allows you to stretch your leotard flat onto the sturdy board with enough stretch to allow you to embellish with your crystals or appliqué with precision. Embellishing this way not only save you time but you can also feel re-assured that when the crystals have dried and cured they won’t all ping off when the person wearing the leotard stretches it onto their body.

The boards are not sized to the human body, they are sized to the leotard.
