We offer 14 days from the day of delivery to return items in their original, unopened condition suitable for resale. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Faulty Items

For any faulty items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss exchange or refund options.

Exceptions
  • Cut fabrics, feathers, trims, and similar items are non-returnable.
  • Digital patterns are not refundable.
  • Items must be returned unopened and in the same condition as received, suitable for resale.
