have you ever wondered how some of the freestyle headwear is made?  this will do the job. Cover the boning in your choice of lycra, then cut it into pieces to get your desired shape, hot glue them together….. if you have one of those polystyrene heads, told it on there!….. then bling!…. have a look at some ideas in the gallery page…. I have not made these, and I can’t give credit to whoever has because I don’t know who has made them, they are simply Images found on Pinterest.
