There is no separate pattern piece provided for the elastic stirrup.
The pattern instructions instead explain how to make a small cut at the bottom of the back leg to create a similar stirrup-style effect.
Please be aware that the finished result may differ slightly from the illustration, as the illustrated elastic stirrup is not included as a separate pattern piece.
